So I am at the point in my wedding planning that I need to start looking for shoes in order to get the hem right on my dress. I am leaning more towards wearing a flat shoe considering we are getting married on a stage positioned on the side of a small grassy hill.

I agree that flats are the way to go. You will spend so many hours on your feet on your wedding day. You'll be much happier if your feet are comfortable. [/delurk]
